It has been a day since our father Lawrence Joseph O’Wolf left on a daring voyage to the North American continent on a steam vessel named the Irish Rover. To be more precise he was headed to the Dominion of Canada, the western British colony of England. With the hopes to strike it rich in any of the Canadian gold rushes with luck and bring back as much wealth and prosperity to our middle class family, who all live in a log cottage located in small remote mountainous community called White Wolf Pass out in the heart of the Irish wilderness.

Through the quiet rural steep mountainous city streets filled with layers upon layers of morning frost and snow few villagers roamed performing their basic routines of finding food for the family or getting new sets of clothing or getting the carriage repaired for a outing.
